Elemental Connection

Elemental Experiences on the Isle of Portland

Slow down. Breathe.
Our elemental experiences are simple moments that stay with you long after you leave. The warmth of the sauna after a day of climbing. Cold water that wakes every sense. A fire shared with good people. Quiet movement in the studio as the wind moves through the fields outside.

These are the memories that shape a stay at Sweet Hill Farm.
Explore our offerings below.

Wild Yin at Sweet Hill Farm

A 5-Day Slow Medicine, Embodiment and Leadership Training with Jeff Lester. October 1-5, 2026 at Sweet Hill Farm, Dorset.

This is not just a yin yoga training.

It is a return to what is real.

Set on the raw coastline of Portland, Dorset, Wild Yin is a 5-day immersive experience for yoga teachers, breathwork guides, wellness coaches, and space holders who are ready to go deeper. Not just into the practice, but into themselves. Into their leadership. Into what it really means to hold space with presence, honesty, and integrity.

More depth than shapes and scripts.

More intelligence than technique alone.

More power in stillness than most people ever stay long enough to discover.

Through yin yoga, embodied movement, breathwork, elemental practice, ceremony, and facilitator training, Wild Yin invites you into a direct experience of what happens when you stop performing, stop rushing, and start listening with your whole body.

Because when the body slows down, truth gets louder.

This is where practice becomes devotion.

This is where sensation becomes insight.

This is where leadership stops being something you perform and becomes something you embody.

Investment

Early Bird: £650 (limited spots)

Full price: £750 including onsite accommodation
