Sweet Hill Farm – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers sold or issued by Sweet Hill Farm – Nearly Wild Camping, Sweet Hill Road, Portland, Dorset, DT5 2DS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Scope
   These terms apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of all Sweet Hill Farm gift vouchers, whether purchased online, in person, or issued digitally.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions, together with any relevant booking terms applicable to the service being redeemed. These terms are available for review before purchase.
3. Purchase and Contract Formation
   When purchasing a gift voucher online, submission of payment constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when you receive confirmation of your order from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any gift voucher order where required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Right to Cancel (Consumer Purchases)
   If you are purchasing a gift voucher as a consumer at a distance (for example online or by email), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the voucher has not been redeemed in whole or in part. Once a gift voucher has been redeemed, the right to cancel is lost. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@sweethillfarm.co.uk .
5. Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be extended or refunded. We are not obliged to remind you of the expiry date.
6. Redemption
   Gift vouchers must be redeemed by booking in advance and are subject to availability. To redeem a voucher, please contact us at info@sweethillfarm.co.uk and quote your voucher reference when booking.
7. Services Covered
   Gift vouchers may be redeemed against eligible Sweet Hill Farm services, including but not limited to:
   • Camping and accommodation
   • Sauna and wellness experiences
   • Food and drink where applicable
     Vouchers may be restricted to specific services, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
8. Pricing Changes
   If the price of a service has increased since the voucher was purchased, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference at the time of booking.
9. Partial Use
   Where the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the booking, any remaining balance may be used on future bookings until the voucher expiry date. No cash change will be given.
10. Refunds After Redemption
    If a booking paid for using a gift voucher is refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy, any refund will be issued as a gift voucher rather than cash. Where a booking was paid for partly by voucher and partly by another payment method, any refund will be apportioned accordingly.
11. Cancellations and No-Shows
    All bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the standard cancellation terms applicable to the relevant service. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the voucher being deemed redeemed. A late cancellation is defined as any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
12. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
    Gift vouchers are your responsibility. We cannot replace or refund vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted. We recommend keeping a record of your voucher details.
13. Transferability and Resale
    Gift vouchers may be gifted to another person but must not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
14. Sauna and Wellness Use
    Use of sauna and wellness facilities is subject to health suitability, compliance with on-site rules, and completion of any required waiver.
15. Data Protection
    Personal data collected in connection with the purchase or redemption of gift vouchers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: www.sweethillfarm.co.uk/privacy-policy .
16. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
