Sweet Hill Farm
Nearly Wild Camping
Sweet Hill Road, Southwell,
Portland DT5 2DS
This is not just a yin yoga training.
It is a return to what is real.
Set on the raw coastline of Portland, Dorset, Wild Yin is a 5-day immersive experience for yoga teachers, breathwork guides, wellness coaches, and space holders who are ready to go deeper. Not just into the practice, but into themselves. Into their leadership. Into what it really means to hold space with presence, honesty, and integrity.
More depth than shapes and scripts.
More intelligence than technique alone.
More power in stillness than most people ever stay long enough to discover.
Through yin yoga, embodied movement, breathwork, elemental practice, ceremony, and facilitator training, Wild Yin invites you into a direct experience of what happens when you stop performing, stop rushing, and start listening with your whole body.
Because when the body slows down, truth gets louder.
This is where practice becomes devotion.
This is where sensation becomes insight.
This is where leadership stops being something you perform and becomes something you embody.

Wild Yin brings together the depth of Taoist yin yoga with the aliveness of elemental embodiment, nervous system-aware practice, and real leadership development for modern wellness practitioners.
It is both a personal and professional immersion. Participants will not only deepen into the practice in their own bodies, they will also develop the confidence, clarity, and skills to guide others with greater safety, integrity, and presence.
Yin is not passive. It asks something of us. It asks for awareness, for courage, and for the willingness to stay present with what’s true. This training is built around exactly that.
Slow medicine for fast times.
Over five full days, you’ll explore:
Each day is shaped by one of the five elements, creating a natural arc of deepening, discovery, and integration.
We arrive. We ground. We remember our connection to the body, the land, and ancestral wisdom. Earth is where belonging begins.
We open to feeling, flow, and relational depth. Water teaches us about surrender, intuition, and the force that binds everything together.
We ignite truth. Fire burns through confusion and hesitation, making space for clarity, courage, and sacred expression.
We find our voice. Air opens the channels of expression, communication, and collective heart connection. What moves through you is meant to be shared.
We gather the threads. This final day is for reflection, embodiment, and anchoring what’s been remembered, reclaimed, and awakened.
No previous yin yoga teaching experience is required.
Jeff Lester is an international facilitator, coach, and yoga teacher trainer who has been leading yin yoga trainings around the world for over 8 years. His work bridges the depth of traditional yoga practice with breathwork, meditation, embodied leadership, space-holding, and nature-based wisdom.
Known for his grounded presence and depth of care, Jeff creates training spaces that are both transformational and practical. His approach to yin yoga goes far beyond shapes alone. He teaches yin as a pathway into awareness, regulation, truth, and authentic leadership.
Drawing from years of teaching internationally and working closely with yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and facilitators, Jeff brings a style that is intelligent, devotional, and deeply human. His trainings are designed not only to deepen practice, but to help people become more confident, more embodied, and more trustworthy in the way they lead others.
Sweet Hill Farm isn’t just a beautiful venue. It’s part of the training itself.
Set on private land in Portland, Dorset, this nearly wild campsite looks out toward Portland Bill and the surrounding coastline. Open sky. Birdsong. Sea air. The raw, elemental beauty of the Jurassic Chesil Beach all around you.
This is not a polished retreat backdrop.
It is living nature.
And that matters.
The environment here supports exactly what this training is here to offer: perspective, presence, spaciousness, and a more honest meeting with yourself. Nature isn’t a backdrop at Sweethill. It’s woven into every single day.
